Quick and friendly service. Tires rotated, Cabin and engine filters changed, and oil change all within 2 hours. The waiting area was nice and I was able to knock out some homework while I was here. They also had free bagels and coffee :)

I own a Honda crv. I went here to only get front brakes. (The parts) Not service. My first time here. Oddly, maybe I missed but I don't think so, I couldn't figure out what entrance for parts dept. I park and go into showroom. Nobody jumped on me to my delighted surprise. But, the moment I said to a salesman walking by "sir, can I ask you a question?" He immediately stopped with a big smile and sure, what can I help you with. I said I can't find the pasta apartment can you help me out not only did this gentleman I believe his name was John point in the direction of where the past department was he started walking and said follow me I'll show you where it is mind you I was only there for break parts but I do recall my wife saying she wanted to give my Honda CRV to my daughter and she wanted to get a new Honda so as we were walking towards the parts department I mentioned this to him and with no hurried pressure he stated would you like to see something today or would you like to come back there was no pressure whatsoever I said well I have to get my wife's brakes done today I've been doing my own breaks since I was 16 years old so I have to get this done today but are you open tomorrow and it was tomorrow was a Sunday he said sure I'll be here he gave me his hours his business card because if you want to give me a call set some time aside and we could work something out and go for a test drive whatever you'd like to do this was my first experience in a dealership with my blood pressure didn't go up and I started getting stressed out I don't like to buy new cars not because I don't like a new car but because of the whole drama behind that I've experienced in the past that other dealerships I felt that ease and I am definitely going to get a Honda from this dealership wasn't able to go back on Sunday but I called them mid-week and he actually remembered me oh the gentleman who was looking for the parts you still doing your own brakes he says with with a kind demeanor I said oh you remember me so most likely we're going to set something up in a week or two I just wanted them to know I didn't forget you said yeah whenever you're ready you know we have some deals going on right now but because there's always something great going on at this dealership and I felt confident he was telling me the truth so my ratings on the parts department which they serviced me immediately as well as the sales department was an excellent experience and I was helped with a single point resolution technique that I know all too well as I am in sales he led me to the parts department and stayed with me the entire time with no pressure whatsoever to slow down my day to get my brakes done I will be back Great experience

About 1 month ago we stopped in to look at some of the new models and we met our Salesperson David Barber. We didn't get anything then but we really liked David who kept in touch with us. We went back last week to test drive a Honda Civic Hybrid. While there they had a 2022 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid for sale. It was pre certified. I Love it ☺️ . The gave us a true value trade in for my 2019 CRV and with that we decided to purchase the Honda CRV Hybrid. I am LOVING it. 🥰
Every one we came in contact with at this dealership was very nice, easy going, friendly with each other. The Sales Manager John Serifin was also very helpful as was Nick Malena. They took the time and sat with us to go over the warranty you get with a pre certified car and were able to answer all of our questions.
The whole process and experience was very easy and we are going to stick with this dealership in the future and recommend them to our friends & family.
We are a Honda family starting with our purchase of a 2005 Honda CRV 20 years ago. Honda vehicles have always been reliable and we still are using our 2005 CRV.

I decided to take my 2018 Honda Clarity for a diagnostic of the high voltage lithium battery. The mile range has been steadily going down since I bought the car. Right now it gives me a range of 35 miles after overnight charging with a level 2 charger (220 volts), temperature in the 30s. The nominal average range should be 48 miles. Even in summer the range I'm getting is 40-42 miles. I went to the dealership and my experience was the following: I had made an appointment the night before using the apple link application on my phone. When I got there they immediately wanted me to get my car inside the garage,
I asked to get an estimate for the diagnostic of the battery but they insisted to get the car in, finally they told me the diagnostic for the battery was $170. I hesitated and told them I did not want to pay $170 for a simple diagnostic reading (connecting an i-hds device) to determine the capacity of the battery. They offered me
to do the test for free for which I was happy. During the interaction the service managers were polite and respectful but I did not feel they were being completely truthful. The service manager pointed out a couple of service alerts on my car which included change of oil and change of "filters". The actual alert was for one filter (dust and pollen filter) but they
included, in addition, the engine air filter as if it was part of the alert.
I had to wait 2.5 hours at the dealer for the battery diagnostic and the change of two filters and visual inspection of car components (exterior). I feel the wait was too long especially since I had made an appointment the day before.
The part were I was really disappointed was with the results of the battery diagnostic. I was told the test did not show anything wrong with the battery. The capacity was 51.9 amp-hour according to them. I found this highly suspicious since the nominal capacity for a new battery is 55 amp-hour and yet the range the car is giving me is 35 miles per charge, 30% less than the normal range and the car is only 4 years old. I suspect that in conjunction with Honda they do not want to honor the warranties. I did not like that right from the beginning they were not too excited about the battery test and tried to blame the car not being charged enough or using a level 1 charger even before any diagnostics were done. I charge the car every time I use it ( about 3 times per week ) and use a level 2 charger ( JuiceBox 240 volt).
Overall I was no too happy with their communications. In my opinion, they should try to give customers estimates for services requested and by this I mean any services, they did not provide an estimate for the change in oil and filters before the work was done. They should also provide an estimate of the time you might spend waiting for the work to be done.
While these things can be requested by the customer it would actually make the dealership look better by being as transparent as possible in these transactions/interactions.
They corrected the tire pressures on the car but set it at the wrong value of 33 psi. The value as stated on the door jam is 36 psi cold.
The experience left me with some doubts about the dealership.

I'm upgrading my review based on recent experiences at the dealership. I found that the process of diagnosing and repairing your car had been streamlined. I had good experiences the last 2 times I took my car, a Honda Clarity 2018, one for a recall and the second time for a repair involving the air conditioner for which Honda had provided an extension of the warranty for the air conditioner condenser. The people I talked to were very polite, professional and provided information in a clear and concise manner. The whole process was very efficient. I did not feel pressured to get additional repairs that I considered unnecessary. I felt good about the service provided and about Honda as a company again. I commend whoever was responsible for the changes made in the dealership since I visited it the first time. Good job!

Bought a 2018 Pilot here in February and had a wonderful experience. Tom was quick to find us what we needed and a loan with the exact payments I wanted. They are fair and transparent, as the mission statement in the lobby says. My check engine light came on within 4 days of purchasing the vehicle, Tom promptly responded to my messages and set up a service appointment. I was given a loaner vehicle,

I own a Honda crv. I went here to only get front brakes. (The parts) Not service. My first time here. Oddly, maybe I missed but I don't think so, I couldn't figure out what entrance for parts dept. I park and go into showroom. Nobody jumped on me to my delighted surprise. But, the moment I said to a salesman walking by "sir, can I ask you a question?" He immediately stopped with a big smile and sure, what can I help you with. I said I can't find the pasta apartment can you help me out not only did this gentleman I believe his name was John point in the direction of where the past department was he started walking and said follow me I'll show you where it is mind you I was only there for break parts but I do recall my wife saying she wanted to give my Honda CRV to my daughter and she wanted to get a new Honda so as we were walking towards the parts department I mentioned this to him and with no hurried pressure he stated would you like to see something today or would you like to come back there was no pressure whatsoever I said well I have to get my wife's brakes done today I've been doing my own breaks since I was 16 years old so I have to get this done today but are you open tomorrow and it was tomorrow was a Sunday he said sure I'll be here he gave me his hours his business card because if you want to give me a call set some time aside and we could work something out and go for a test drive whatever you'd like to do this was my first experience in a dealership with my blood pressure didn't go up and I started getting stressed out I don't like to buy new cars not because I don't like a new car but because of the whole drama behind that I've experienced in the past that other dealerships I felt that ease and I am definitely going to get a Honda from this dealership wasn't able to go back on Sunday but I called them mid-week and he actually remembered me oh the gentleman who was looking for the parts you still doing your own brakes he says with with a kind demeanor I said oh you remember me so most likely we're going to set something up in a week or two I just wanted them to know I didn't forget you said yeah whenever you're ready you know we have some deals going on right now but because there's always something great going on at this dealership and I felt confident he was telling me the truth so my ratings on the parts department which they serviced me immediately as well as the sales department was an excellent experience and I was helped with a single point resolution technique that I know all too well as I am in sales he led me to the parts department and stayed with me the entire time with no pressure whatsoever to slow down my day to get my brakes done I will be back Great experience

About 1 month ago we stopped in to look at some of the new models and we met our Salesperson David Barber. We didn't get anything then but we really liked David who kept in touch with us. We went back last week to test drive a Honda Civic Hybrid. While there they had a 2022 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid for sale. It was pre certified. I Love it ☺️ . The gave us a true value trade in for my 2019 CRV and with that we decided to purchase the Honda CRV Hybrid. I am LOVING it. 🥰
Every one we came in contact with at this dealership was very nice, easy going, friendly with each other. The Sales Manager John Serifin was also very helpful as was Nick Malena. They took the time and sat with us to go over the warranty you get with a pre certified car and were able to answer all of our questions.
The whole process and experience was very easy and we are going to stick with this dealership in the future and recommend them to our friends & family.
We are a Honda family starting with our purchase of a 2005 Honda CRV 20 years ago. Honda vehicles have always been reliable and we still are using our 2005 CRV.

I decided to take my 2018 Honda Clarity for a diagnostic of the high voltage lithium battery. The mile range has been steadily going down since I bought the car. Right now it gives me a range of 35 miles after overnight charging with a level 2 charger (220 volts), temperature in the 30s. The nominal average range should be 48 miles. Even in summer the range I'm getting is 40-42 miles. I went to the dealership and my experience was the following: I had made an appointment the night before using the apple link application on my phone. When I got there they immediately wanted me to get my car inside the garage,
I asked to get an estimate for the diagnostic of the battery but they insisted to get the car in, finally they told me the diagnostic for the battery was $170. I hesitated and told them I did not want to pay $170 for a simple diagnostic reading (connecting an i-hds device) to determine the capacity of the battery. They offered me
to do the test for free for which I was happy. During the interaction the service managers were polite and respectful but I did not feel they were being completely truthful. The service manager pointed out a couple of service alerts on my car which included change of oil and change of "filters". The actual alert was for one filter (dust and pollen filter) but they
included, in addition, the engine air filter as if it was part of the alert.
I had to wait 2.5 hours at the dealer for the battery diagnostic and the change of two filters and visual inspection of car components (exterior). I feel the wait was too long especially since I had made an appointment the day before.
The part were I was really disappointed was with the results of the battery diagnostic. I was told the test did not show anything wrong with the battery. The capacity was 51.9 amp-hour according to them. I found this highly suspicious since the nominal capacity for a new battery is 55 amp-hour and yet the range the car is giving me is 35 miles per charge, 30% less than the normal range and the car is only 4 years old. I suspect that in conjunction with Honda they do not want to honor the warranties. I did not like that right from the beginning they were not too excited about the battery test and tried to blame the car not being charged enough or using a level 1 charger even before any diagnostics were done. I charge the car every time I use it ( about 3 times per week ) and use a level 2 charger ( JuiceBox 240 volt).
Overall I was no too happy with their communications. In my opinion, they should try to give customers estimates for services requested and by this I mean any services, they did not provide an estimate for the change in oil and filters before the work was done. They should also provide an estimate of the time you might spend waiting for the work to be done.
While these things can be requested by the customer it would actually make the dealership look better by being as transparent as possible in these transactions/interactions.
They corrected the tire pressures on the car but set it at the wrong value of 33 psi. The value as stated on the door jam is 36 psi cold.
The experience left me with some doubts about the dealership.

I'm upgrading my review based on recent experiences at the dealership. I found that the process of diagnosing and repairing your car had been streamlined. I had good experiences the last 2 times I took my car, a Honda Clarity 2018, one for a recall and the second time for a repair involving the air conditioner for which Honda had provided an extension of the warranty for the air conditioner condenser. The people I talked to were very polite, professional and provided information in a clear and concise manner. The whole process was very efficient. I did not feel pressured to get additional repairs that I considered unnecessary. I felt good about the service provided and about Honda as a company again. I commend whoever was responsible for the changes made in the dealership since I visited it the first time. Good job!

Bought a 2018 Pilot here in February and had a wonderful experience. Tom was quick to find us what we needed and a loan with the exact payments I wanted. They are fair and transparent, as the mission statement in the lobby says. My check engine light came on within 4 days of purchasing the vehicle, Tom promptly responded to my messages and set up a service appointment. I was given a loaner vehicle,
