It's new and so still fewer customers than other dealership. The price quoted for brake fluid replacement was $179.99. I had to tell/show them this price ; otherwise, they might have changed me $199.99 (nominal). But it's good that they accepted the price of $179.99. Apr. 13, 2024: I am getting more confident in this place. They often suggest that you do this or that. You can refuse using your judgement. I think I'll stick the "maintenance minders".

Everything about my experience at this dealership was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Tom Panebianco, the Sales Specialist, listened carefully to me, consistently returned my phone calls within minutes over the weekend when I had questions about the car I was considering, never gave me the hard sell, and always treated me with respect. Rivera’s commercials say that they treat their customers like family, and the fact is that they actually do. From my interactions with the finance department, the manager, the receptionist and, of course, Tom, I couldn’t have had a better experience. If you want a Honda, don’t go anywhere else!

My experience on2/4/2023 from the moment I walked in the door was incredible I was first greeted by Juan who introduced me to Tom an incredible experienced Honda sales person. Tom has such an acumen for listening to his customers needs and wants for a Honda vehicle in my case a Hybrid Acccord SL. Tom said, “Gloriann what do you need in a car and they he said what do you desire.” He asked me about colors. He then drove the car up for me and I test drove it with my mom. Tom then introduced me to the business manager Cavene such a wonderful intelligent manager she explained what she needed from my insurance broker and was impressed with my credit score. We arrived mom and I on Monday earlier than my appointment time and Tom said no problem he greeted us as if I was entering the red carpet at the Grammy awards. We sat down had delicious coffee and went to work of setting up the vehicle. Tom introduced me to the service staff and what an impress service area. I can’t believe I pull the car up and it determines my wheel alignment and I even can get a free car wash so Amazing. I was also impressed that the service attendants wear nice suits blazer and nice pants with clean pressed shirts. It felt as if we were at the academy awards. Tom set up the vehicle to my memory seats, Honda Link. He has such patience. Then I sat with Cavene we did all my paperwork signatures and then my tire coverage. Cavene is incredible and extremely intelligent and kind always in the ball. Cavene and Tom make a great team and should be promoted. Tom introduced me to the manager what a lovely man so attentive to his staff and customers. He even wished my mom a happy 90th birthday everyone did. Tom took photos of mom and I then of me with my new Honda. I love my new car and more importantly I love Mariano Rivera Honda. Recently I received another marvelous experience 10/28/2024 Ray, Stephanie, and James Donovan are incredible I always get the red carpet treatment.

From the service I received buying my new vehicle with David I knew I was in good hands here. Every time I come in for my maintenance the check in process is super quick and easy. From the women who checked my vehicle in to the gentleman that processed my vehicle and especially the Technician who serviced my vehicle. Getting my regular service here is never something I’m putting off because it’s a hassle. Every Employee I encountered was so very welcoming. As I sat in the waiting area I saw there mission statement on the wall and they are definitely living up to that statement. Keep up the outstanding work.

From making the appointment to picking up the loaner vehicle was seamless. I was kept in contact the whole time from Frank in service. The parts Mgr Frank ordered and supplied my recalled fuel pump . Kim assisted with my loaner vehicle and Lauren took care of making my appointment. I've been in the Automotive industry for almost 40 years . This service department is one of the best I've ever seen. (Could use to have a few rough edges trimmed but was an excexceptional service visit none the less) . Brought my car in for an oil change. My appointment was at 12:15. Four hours later, I called the dealership at 4:15 and I was told to head on down. It would be ready by 4:30. I returned to the dealership at 4:50and my car still was not ready, but it was ready shortly thereafter. Almost 5 hours for an oil change is excessive because I was expecting dinner company and as stated my appointment for the oil change was 1215. That’s my only complaint everybody there seems very pleasant. The dealership is very clean And I appreciate the coffee. I will go back the next time I need service, but I have learned to use a Loaner car because they may have my car many more hours than I would imagine .
