I brought my car in for annual service. I appreciate the online scheduling and also follow-up call to reschedule. Overall, there are great service tools and I do appreciate the facility, staff, and services. I appreciate the ride to wait offsite. In this case, I took off one star because the appointment, which had been scheduled to last about 1-1.5 hours ended up being 4 hours. Additionally, the communication tools were not used well. I understand there may have been uncertainty in how long it would take to complete, I do wish I had been notified ahead of time that the uncertainty was in hours, not minutes. The available communication tools (which were great to have) could have been used better. Example: Please let me know during the course of appointment if there is a delay so that I can manage my own time accordingly. Please at least respond, especially when I specifically ask through the provided channels and tools. Overall, honesty about realistic timeframe upfront would have been best. Please don't let me think the car will be done in 1.5 hours when it will take all afternoon, especially when ride to/from nearby home for drop-off/pickup is available (which is much appreciated). I do not appreciate being ignored when I specifically ask if I should return to pickup or if they need more time. It is not appreciated when, after the fact, the service person claimed he called me ahead of time to tell me it would take a long time, when in fact, they did not. Even if they did, it was affirmed at drop off that it would take about 1.5 hours, and my texts and calls to check in after that timeframe passed were ignored. I understand things aren't always predictable, and I hope that the team is able to move forward with improvement on realistic timeframe scheduling and better use of the tools and communication. They have a lot of good things going for them so I believe they will. They did great on many other areas. I look forward to being able to give 5 stars next time.

The service and accommodation was nice. This was my second car lease from here or ever so i dont have much experience however i will say that i had a few questions the day after and i tried to get in contact with my sales rep multiple times even by leaving messages with the receptionist and i never was contacted back. To me, its like they cared to just close another car deal and that was it.

Shop is always great they are polite friendly when you check in the service advisor assigned to both of my cars is fantastic he is straight forward and proactive in ensuring both my cars are fully taken care of. Facility is state of the art clean and comfortable.
